Before your appointment

If you're booked for a brow tint or brow lamination:

Avoid getting your brows wet for at least 24 hours after your appointment.
Discontinue use of retinol, AHA, or BHA products on or around the brow area three days prior to your lamination appointment, to prevent irritation or adverse reactions.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the studio address and additional details.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment has not been successfully booked. Reach out via Instagram so we can sort it out.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given before the 48-hour window.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will require a new deposit to rebook.

Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be restricted from future bookings with La Muse Beauty Bar.

Appointments cancelled the day of or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the remaining balance to the card on file.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, or fail to notify in advance, your appointment may be cancelled — the schedule is tightly back-to-back.

Remaining balances are preferred in cash.
Debit and credit cards (including Mastercard) are accepted; applicable taxes will apply.
E-transfers are not accepted.

Please notify in advance if you plan to bring a guest. La Muse Beauty Bar operates within a shared space, and advance notice is appreciated.
